We have a number of off-the-shelf solutions including inexpensive group workshops and two programmes where we work 1-2-1 with leavers (PENT and RAF).

We can also work 1-2-1 with employees who are being made redundant. If you would like to build your own package, any of the career services that we sell to the public can be purchased for outplacement purposes, but we have created two packages that cover most bases. These packages include career coaching, CV writing, interview coaching and LinkedIn optimisation.

P-E-N-T Programme

Our 5-step programme is a comprehensive solution for specialised, technical, management and executive-level employees. Clients can invest in the complete programme or choose the phases that suit their needs. This programme includes career coaching, CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation and job market coaching.

1. Discovery phase: 2 hours of 1-2-1 coaching, psychometric testing and reflection to understand the individual – discuss why, big picture, motivators, financial needs, career aspirations, current situation etc

2. Optioneering phase: 2 hours of coaching + reflection to define career direction – develop career autobiography and perform skills gap analysis between current and required skills, experience and qualifications

3. Planning phase: Create short, medium and longer term career plan (produce written document) with clear action points to plug any skills gaps

4. Personal branding phase: CVIA Personal Branding Specialist writes CV and LinkedIn profile in our tried and tested, 5-star rated and award-winning methodology, with sufficient content to tailor the CV to different roles

5. Release phase: One hour of coaching on how to tailor applications and use LinkedIn, interview coaching and mock interview with 1-2-1 feedback

1. Ready: One hour career coaching to define career direction and target roles
