Our knowledge of CV writing, LinkedIn and interviewing comes from many sources, including years of recruitment experience in both contingency and search arenas, extensive experience within human resources, years of training in interview and selection techniques, years of training within marketing and copywriting, keeping up to date with the latest recruitment trends and relevant legislation, knowledge of neuroeconomics and psychology, research (both primary and secondary), and our own experiences as senior managers with the responsibility for hiring staff.

CVIA Accredited CV Practitioners Requirements
Accredited CV Practitioners must have considerable commercial knowledge, typically upwards of 8 years.
Accredited CV Practitioners must have writing skills commensurate with an author, journalist or business writer and have a strong grasp of grammar.
Accredited CV Practitioners must understand the modern-day recruitment industry and recruiter/hiring manager requirements.
Accredited CV Practitioners must have strong information-eliciting skills and a client-focused approach.
Accredited CV Practitioners must complete CVIA’s comprehensive training with at least 15 hours of study.
Accredited CV Practitioners must pass CVIA’s Accredited CV Practitioner exam and must submit 4 CVs annually for assessment to ensure standards are being maintained.
Accredited CV Practitioners will submit evidence that they have written at least 50 CVs annually.
